These terms and conditions of sale (the «Terms») govern purchases made on bluon.io and its online store store.bluon.io (together, the «Site»), operated by blu oberon srl, via Tadino, 52 – 20124 Milan (Italy), VAT/tax code IT08399040966, REA MI 2023307, share capital € 1,000.00 fully paid (hereinafter «bluon»).

Contracts concluded through the Site are governed by Italian law, in particular by Legislative Decree 70/2003 (e-commerce) and — if you buy as a consumer — by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Italian «Consumer Code»), without prejudice to the protection granted to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. You are a consumer if you buy for purposes outside your trade, business or profession: asking for an invoice does not make you lose this status.
These Terms apply to sales to end customers (consumers and, where compatible, other end purchasers). The Site's offers are addressed to adults; minors may buy only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
If you are a retailer or you buy in the course of your professional activity, resale relationships are governed by our separate terms for retailers.
Please enter accurate details when placing your order: you are responsible for their correctness, including for the tax documents issued on their basis.
bluon products are handmade: small imperfections are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship. Product images are for illustration purposes: colours and details may vary slightly due to screen rendering or minor production variations that do not alter the overall look or the functions of the product. Any substantial change (colour, design, material, model, size or other essential features you have chosen) requires your consent: without it, you may refuse the replacement and obtain a refund.
You can buy without registering (guest checkout). If you create an account, keep your credentials safe.
Add the products to your cart, check the summary (products, quantities, total price including VAT, shipping costs, any discounts) and complete the order by pressing the order button, which expressly places you under an obligation to pay («Order and pay»). Until that moment you can always go back and correct your details.
Your order is a purchase proposal. We immediately confirm by email that we have received it; the contract is concluded when you receive the shipping confirmation email. If for any reason we could not accept an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full and without delay.
All prices on the Site are in Euro and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The price shown at the time you submit the order is the one that applies. When we announce a price reduction, we also show the lowest price applied to the public in the previous 30 days, as required by law.
If your order is shipped to a country outside the EU (for example Switzerland), any customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are your responsibility, according to the rules of the destination country.
In the event of a manifestly wrong price caused by a technical error, we may cancel the order, informing you and returning any amount you have already paid.

Your card is charged when the order is confirmed. In case of withdrawal or cancellation, the refund is issued to the same payment method.
Your full card details never pass through and are never stored by bluon's systems: the payment is handled directly by the payment service provider over secure connections. Each party in the payment chain is responsible for its own activities under the applicable rules.
We ship from Italy within 1-2 working days of the order confirmation (for bank transfers, from the date the amount is credited). The shipping contribution for your country is shown at checkout, based on the delivery address. Free-shipping promotions apply under the conditions stated in each case.
Every shipment contains the products you ordered and any accompanying documentation. Delivery is made by courier to the address given in the order; you will receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves. If the courier does not find you, they leave a notice and try again; after a further failed attempt the parcel is held at the carrier's depot and we will arrange a new delivery with you.
bluon is not responsible for delays due to force majeure (for example: strikes, measures by public authorities, natural events, transport disruptions); in such cases we will inform you promptly.
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to tell us you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give any reason.
You may open the packaging and try the product with the normal care needed to check its features, material and fit. You are only liable for any diminished value caused by handling that goes beyond a normal try-out.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you can use the online «Withdraw from the contract» function, write to us at customer-care@bluon.io or use the model form you find on the return policy page. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, with date and time.
After notifying us you have 14 days to send us the product (the shipping date counts), complete with packaging, accessories and documentation, to the address we will give you. Return costs are borne by you; we recommend a tracked shipment, because the product travels at your risk until it reaches us.
We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal notice: the full price paid, including the initial standard shipping (excluding any additional delivery options you had chosen, such as cash on delivery or delivery by appointment). We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have shown us you have sent it. The refund goes to the same payment method; for cash-on-delivery payments we will ask you for an IBAN or a PayPal account.
The right of withdrawal does not apply: to personalised products (made to your specifications); to purchases made by professionals and VAT-registered businesses in the course of their activity (for example retailer kits); to any charitable donations added to the order (if you withdraw from the rest of the order, the donation is not refunded).
All products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery under EU rules; if the law of your country of residence provides a longer or more favourable protection, that applies. If a product has a lack of conformity, contact our support at customer-care@bluon.io: together we will find the most suitable solution — free repair or replacement and, in the cases provided for by law, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. The cost of returning defective products is borne by bluon.
If the defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise or incompatible with the nature of the product.
Coupons are valid within the period and under the conditions stated when they are issued; unless otherwise indicated they cannot be combined with other promotions, are valid for a single use per order and may require a minimum amount. They cannot be converted into cash and any unused difference is not refunded. If you return an order on which you used a coupon, the refund corresponds to the amount actually paid. In case of justified and reasonable suspicion of abuse, bluon may refuse to apply the coupon.
Communications about your orders (confirmations, receipts, shipping information) are sent to the email address given in the order, so that you can keep them on a durable medium.
If there is a problem, please contact our customer service first at customer-care@bluon.io: most issues are resolved this way. The alternative dispute resolution (ADR) tools provided for by the applicable rules remain available in any case, and we will inform you about them if a complaint is not resolved.
For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For all other customers, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction.
All content on the Site (texts, images, videos, trademarks, logos) is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to bluon or its respective owners. It may not be used without bluon's express authorisation.
bluon may update these Terms at any time: the version published on the Site, with its date, applies to orders placed from that moment on. Each purchase is governed by the Terms in force at that time.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you reside in another European Union country, the protection granted to you by the mandatory rules of your country of habitual residence remains unaffected.
