Payment methods

Payment can be made using the following methods:

Credit and debit cards CartaSi, VISA, Mastercard (including PostePay), JCB, American Express, Diners Club, with no additional charge on sale prices; Apple Pay; Google Pay; PayPal; Satispay; advance bank transfer; cash on delivery.

When sending the order, the Client must indicate the chosen payment method. For orders paid by advance bank transfer, payment must be made within 5 working days of the order confirmation, otherwise the contract is automatically considered void; products are shipped only after the amount has been credited. The transfer reference must state the order number and order date.

For card payments, upon order confirmation the bank reserves the order amount on the Client’s card; the amount is actually charged only when the purchased products are shipped.

All payments are processed over a secure, encrypted connection and card details are never stored.
