Payment methods

You can pay using the following methods:

• Credit and debit cards
  Visa, Mastercard and other providers shown at checkout, at no extra cost.
• PayPal
• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay (express checkout)
• Bank transfer and other local methods may be available depending on your country — shown at checkout.

When submitting the order, you choose the payment method you wish to use.

For orders paid by advance bank transfer, payment must be made within 15 working days of the order confirmation, otherwise the contract is automatically deemed terminated and void. Products are shipped only after the amount has been credited to our account. The transfer reference must state: the order number and the order date.

Your card is charged when the order is confirmed. If, once you have received your order, you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, the refund is issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Your full card details are never stored by bluon: the payment is handled directly by the payment service provider over connections protected by encrypted protocols. Each party in the payment chain is responsible for its own activities under the applicable rules.
