Shipping and delivery of your products

We ship from Italy within 1-2 working days of the order confirmation: you receive the tracking number as soon as your bluon leaves.

Every shipment contains the products you ordered and any information material; no tax document is included in the parcel: you receive the order confirmation by email and we issue an invoice on request.

Your products are delivered by the courier chosen by bluon to the shipping address given in the order.

If nobody is in at the first delivery attempt, the courier leaves a notice. It shows when the courier called and states that they will try again within the following 24 hours. If nobody is in the second time either, the parcel is held at the carrier's depot and a new delivery will be arranged with you.

bluon is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to force majeure, such as — by way of example — strikes, measures by public authorities, energy or raw-material shortages, transport difficulties, fires, floods and damage to industrial machinery beyond bluon's control. bluon will promptly inform you when a force majeure event occurs and when it ends.

Shipping cost contribution

The shipping contribution for the rest of Europe is € 8.90 (VAT included where applicable). The exact amount is shown at checkout, once you enter the delivery address, based on the destination. Any promotions offering free shipping apply under the conditions stated in each case.

If your order is shipped to a country outside the EU (for example Switzerland), any customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are borne by you, according to the rules of the destination country.
