In short: we use your data mainly to deliver what you ordered; your full card details are never seen by us; promotional emails only if you choose — unless you have bought from us, in which case we may write to you about our similar products, and you can refuse at purchase or unsubscribe in one click from any email; analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent; we never sell your data.

We also process data for our abandoned-cart recovery (emails/notifications, with consent), social login, the bluon.me service platform and the MyMi device (which has its own app). The complete, always up-to-date privacy notice is below.

Support, press, contest and reseller-application forms are hosted by Typeform (Typeform S.L., Barcelona; data on AWS servers, including in the United States, under standard contractual clauses): Typeform receives what you type into a form only after you choose to open it.

If you have bought from us, we keep an internal customer record (contact and billing details from your order, aggregated purchase history, calculated segments such as "regular customer"): legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing our customer base and direct marketing to our own customers. Calculated segments are cleared after 2 years without purchases; identifying data is deleted 5 years after your last purchase. You can object at any time by writing to customer-care@bluon.io: objection to direct marketing is always honoured and stops the related scoring too; you can also object to the customer record itself on grounds relating to your particular situation.
